These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://purpleottercleaning.com (the “Site”) and the cleaning services provided by Purple Otter Cleaning LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services in Greenville County, SC. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on the condition, size, and scope of the home and is confirmed before any work is performed or charged.
2. Booking, payment, and cancellation
Bookings and payments are handled through our booking and payment processors (BookingKoala and Stripe). Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply for short-notice changes; any such fees will be communicated to you.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in to our SMS program (via a consent checkbox on our forms, or by calling or texting our business number), you agree to receive text messages from Purple Otter Cleaning. The categories of messages, message frequency, and opt-out instructions are described in our Privacy Policy.

- Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.
- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the property at the scheduled time, and to secure valuables and any items requiring special handling. Please let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems, or areas you do not want us to enter.
5. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Otter Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
